HARRISON, NJ (Friday, September 6, 2024) - NJ/NY Gotham FC forward Ella Stevens has been named to the NWSL’s Best XI of the Month, presented by Amazon Prime, for her performance in the month of August, the league announced today. 

Also named August Player of the Month, presented by EA SPORTS,  the Georgia native recorded three goals and added two assists in August. Stevens notched one goal and two assists on Aug. 2 during the club’s Summer Cup group stage victory over Chivas de Guadalajara Femenil. 

Gotham FC will return to NWSL Regular Season action on Sunday, Sept. 8 at Red Bull Arena. Fans can tune in at 1 p.m. ET on ESPN2.
