ACCESSING AND MANAGING TICKETS

 

Q: Do I need to print my tickets at home?
A: A printed ticket is not necessary at Gotham FC home games. The barcode on your digital device serves as your ticket. 

Q: How do I access my season tickets?
A: Your season tickets are accessible through our official
Ticketmaster Account Manager. For your convenience, we offer digital tickets that can be easily added to your mobile wallet. 

Q: What is the No Ticket Goes Unused program for Season Ticket Members?
A: Our “No Ticket Goes Unused” benefit allows Season Ticket Members to transfer unused tickets to a future game at no extra cost. Seating for these tickets will be based on availability and match tier. Your dedicated Member Service Representative will work with you to locate seats as close as possible to your season ticket location.

Q: If I am a Season Ticket Member, can I give my tickets to another person if I am out of town or cannot attend a match?
A: Yes! You can transfer your tickets via your Account Manager.
Login to your account, select the game you would like to transfer, and choose the "Transfer Tickets" option. Enter the recipient’s email address and follow the prompts. The recipient will receive an email from Ticketmaster – all they have to do is “accept” the tickets from that email. They can then use their digital device at Red Bull Arena to scan to enter the game.

SEASON TICKET GENERAL INFORMATION 

 

Q: How many matches are included in a 2025 Season Ticket Membership?
A: Full-Season Ticket Members will get access to 14 games at Red Bull Arena. If you purchase a half-season membership, you will get access to seven pre-selected games.

Q: What additional benefits do I get as a season ticket holder?
A: Gotham FC Season Ticket Memberships unlock up to 25% savings compared to purchasing single game tickets. In addition, we are introducing new and enhanced benefits for the 2025 season including benefits like access to a first-ever Open Practice, buddy passes for you to extend to friends, commemorative merchandise, and a skip-the-line lane for in-stadium meet and greets. Q: When is the deadline to renew my season tickets for 2025?
A: The deadline to renew your season tickets is September 20, 2024. Make sure to renew before this date to retain your current seats, benefits and prices. 

Q: When will the 2025 schedule be released?
A: The National Women’s Soccer League typically releases the schedule in January. For the 2024 season, the schedule was released on January 25th.

Q: How do I renew my Season Ticket Membership?
A: Simply
login to your account through Gotham FC’s Account Manager. Click on the invoice, select your payment option, and sit back as a 2025 Gotham FC member! If you have any questions, reach out to your dedicated membership services representative.

Q: Why has my price increased?
A: We are excited to be bringing new and improved benefits and seating experiences for our fans in the 2025 season. We’re investing more in the gameday experience than ever before – with consistent, elevated Fan Fests with free programming at every game. We’re also rolling out more exclusive events for our members in the 2025 season that will get you closer access to players and staff. Plus, you’ll get two free tickets to our Concacaf Champions Cup matches – and that’s just the start. Our memberships for 2025 have plans as low as $15 per game to ensure as many fans can access our games as possible. We remain committed to providing the best experience in the league for our players and fans.

Q: Who is my Member Services Representative?

Q: I’m a 2024 Season Ticket Member and I would like to change my seat location. How can I select a new seat?
A: Just reach out to your Member Services Representative! They would be happy to find you a new home for the 2025 season and make recommendations on a new section in Red Bull Arena. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

 

Q: What payment methods are accepted for season tickets and single game tickets?
A: We accept major credit and debit cards.

Q: Can I set up a payment plan for my season tickets?
A: Yes, we are excited to offer a new payment plan for the 2025 season: a 10-month interest-free plan. This payment plan is a more flexible increase from our previous 6-month payment plan. 

Q: Are there any extra fees included into my season ticket payment plan?
A: We are proud to offer interest-free season ticket payment plans. There are no fees associated with signing up for the payment plan.

Q: Do Season Ticket Memberships auto-renew?
A: Starting in 2025, Gotham FC Season Ticket Memberships will auto-renew for the 2026 season. 2025 Season Ticket Members will also be automatically opted-in to any additional games added to our 2025 schedule. All Season Ticket Members will be notified in advance of these charges in the event that they would like to opt-out.

UPGRADES AND PREMIUM AMENITIES

 

Q: I’m a 2024 Season Ticket Member and I would like to upgrade to Founders Club for 2025. How do I upgrade?
A: Let your Member Services Representative know and we can adjust the invoice inside of your Account Manager to reflect this upgrade. Upgrading will get you access to a number of premium amenities and Founders Club-only member events. 

Q: What is The Founders Club?
A: The Gotham FC Founders Club is our premium tier of gameday experience. you can purchase a single game ticket for the Founders Club or you can become a season ticket holder for Founders Club. The benefits Founders Club unlocks is access to the Audi Club, luxury seats, the best view in the arena, all-inclusive food and non-alcoholic beverages, a VIP entrance, and other luxe perks.  Season-long members get additional benefits, like 1 warm-up watching experience per season and members-only events.

Q: What is The Founders Club All Access?
A: Founders Club All Access is a new tier of membership that will launch in 2025. Founders Club All Access unlocks the most premium perks, such as valet parking at Red Bull Arena, brand-new Smart Seats with charging ports, and a center midfield view. The Smart Seats will be constructed after the 2024 season concludes, so 2025 Founders Club All Access ticket holders will be the first to enjoy them! 

Q: Do Founders Club Season Ticket Members get a discount on suites?
A: Yes, they do! Reach out to your Member Services Representative if you are interested in booking a suite with this exclusive discount. Suites are a great amenity for hosting friends, celebrating birthdays or anniversaries, or entertaining business contacts.

Q: Where is the VIP entrance at Red Bull Arena?
A: The VIP entrance is located along Pete Higgins Boulevard near the intersection with Cape May Street, past Gate B but before you get to the Toyota Gate signs. The entrance is marked with a gray awning and signage. 

BENEFITS QUESTIONS

 

Q: I am a Founders Club 2025 member. How can I arrange my warm-up watching experience?
A: We will reach out once the 2025 season schedule is announced to arrange a match for you to redeem this experience. 

Q: I’m so excited for the first-ever Open Practice. When is this happening?
A: Open Practice will be held in the early spring of 2025. We will announce the date once we have the 2025 season schedule. Open Practice will be held at Red Bull Arena and is accessible to Full-Season members. 

Q: How do I request my photo or birthday message on the video board at a match?
A: Reach out to your Member Services Representative via email at least one week before the match. We can include text and an image. This will be shown on the video board at Red Bull Arena. This is a great way to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, work promotions, or even a big win for your soccer team!

 Q: How many “buddy passes” do I get?
A: If you purchased a Full-Season Membership, you are entitled to one buddy pass for each seat in your account during the 2025 season. That means that if you purchased 4 Season Ticket Member seats, you get 4 buddy passes that you can use throughout the season. These buddy passes do not have to be used all at once - for example, you could use 1 buddy pass at one game, 2 at another game, and the last buddy pass at another game.

Q: How do I request my buddy passes?
A: Email your dedicated Member Services Representative to get the buddy passes added to your account. Let your rep know what game you would like the buddy passes to be used for and how many buddy passes you will be redeeming per game. Your rep will add these buddy passes to your account. Please make sure to reach out at least one week prior to the match to ensure that your tickets are ready in a timely manner. 

Q: Do I have to be present at games when my buddy passes are being used?
A: No, you can transfer the buddy pass to your friend without being present at the match. Simply transfer their ticket to them using the “Transfer Ticket” feature in your Account Manager. Remember to take advantage of the No Ticket Goes Unused program if you will not be attending a match!

STARTING 11 QUESTIONS (RENEWALS PRIZE PROGRAM) 

 

Q: What is the Starting 11 program?
A: The Starting 11 is our season ticket renewals prize program. Each Wednesday from 8/21 to 9/18, current Season Ticket Members will get an email from Gotham FC unveiling at least one new prize. Those who renew for the 2025 season during the timeframe described below will be entered to win these prizes. 

Q: Who is eligible to win?
A:
Once 2024 Season Ticket Members renew for 2025, they will be eligible to win the prizes announced during the week they renewed, and after. But, they will not be eligible to win the prizes that came before the week you renewed - so time is of the essence! For example:  

  • If you renew during week 1 (on or after Wed 8/21 but before Wed 8/28), you’re eligible to win ALL 11 prizes
  • If you renew in week 2 (on or after Wed 8/28 but before Wed 9/4), you’ll be eligible to win week 2 prizes and beyond (but not week 1 prizes)
  • If you renew in week 3 (on or after Wed 9/4 but before Wed 9/11), you’ll be eligible to win week 3 prizes and beyond (but not week 1 and 2 prizes), and so on.

Q: When I renew, will I get entered into the “prize pot” 1 time per account renewed, or 1 time per seat renewed? 
A: You will be entered to win 1 time per number of seats purchased. For example, if you renew 2 seats, you will be entered into the prize pot 2 times. If you renew 4 seats, you will be entered into the prize pot 4 times. 

Q: What if I already renewed for 2025 before the Starting 11 program was announced on Wednesday, 8/21?
A: You are already eligible to win all 11 prizes! 

Q: Do I need to take any action in order to enter to win?
A: No. By renewing, you will automatically be entered to win. 

Q: How will winners be notified?
A: After the renewals window closes on Friday, 9/20, we will pull winners for each prize. Winners will be notified vie the email on their account during the week of 9/23. Some prizes will be immediately usable and some will be available starting in the 2025 season, so we will share the delivery time for each prize in that email.  

Q: How many people will win a prize?
A: Every Season Ticket Member who renews before the deadline of Friday, September 20th will receive two additional Concacaf W Champions Cup games, which will be added to their account automatically. Then, we will have over 250 winners to the remaining, enter-to-win prizes. 

Q: How do the guaranteed Concacaf W Champions Cup tickets work?
A: Every Season Ticket Member who renews before the 9/20 renewal deadline will get two additional games added to their account: the 9/19 match against CF Monterrey Femenil and the 10/16 match against Tigres Femenil. Both of these games will be held at Red Bull Arena but were not in the 2024 Season Ticket package. No action is needed on your part to redeem these tickets. After you renew, our Member Services Team will add these tickets to your Account Manager within five business days of your renewal. If you have 2 tickets in your account, we will give you 2 tickets to each of these games. If you have 3 tickets in your account, we will give you 3 tickets to each of these games, and so on. 

Q: I renewed my Season Tickets for 2025 but I already have purchased tickets to these Concacaf W Champions Cup games. What should I do?
A: Email your Member Services Representative and we will arrange for an alternative for you. 

Q: What are the details surrounding the player dinner prize?
A: 10 guests will win a dinner with Gotham FC players Jenna Nighswonger and Nealy Martin. In order to win, current Season Ticket Members must renew their tickets before 9/4 at 7:59am ET. Gotham FC will pull winners for this event after the renewal period closes on Friday, 9/20. 5 accounts will win and each account can bring 2 guests for a total of 10 Season Ticket Members in attendance at the dinner. The time and place of the dinner will be organized around the winners’ and players’ availability. The dinner will take place before the 2025 season. 

Q: Do the 99ers jerseys have a player name and number on the back?
A: The 99ers jerseys have blank backs.
